Glady’s Maple Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup real maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk (not low fat)
- ½ Tbsp vanilla
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. cloves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat 1 to 2 minutes with electric mixer.
- Pour into 9 “ crust (preferably made with vodka!).
- Bake @ 350 one hour, 10 minutes or until top is slightly golden and puffed.
- Serves 8.
