Instructions

  1. Sauté onions in olive oil.
  2. Mix garam masala, cumin, ginger, mustard, coriander, garlic and red pepper. Add to onions.
  3. Cook about 10 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk and taramind to pan. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp to mixture.
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Eat with basmati rice!
