Shrimp Masala
Ingredients
- 4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp coriander
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp red pepper
- 2 tbls taramind paste
- 2 yellow onions
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 lb shrimp
Instructions
- Sauté onions in olive oil.
- Mix garam masala, cumin, ginger, mustard, coriander, garlic and red pepper.
Add to onions.
- Cook about 10 minutes.
- Add coconut milk and taramind to pan. Cook 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp to mixture.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Eat with basmati rice!
