Panang Pork Curry - Kind of...

This is something I made up one night when we had some leftover pork roast. It tastes similar to panang curry.

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into small strips.
  2. Add olive oil, bell pepper, red onion, green onion, and garlic to pot.
  3. Saute on medium heat for ten minutes then add pork.
  4. Add garman masala, curry powder, red pepper and cook on low heat for another ten minutes.
  5. Mix in coconut milk and tamarind paste and simmer for another twenty minutes on low heat.
  6. Eat over rice.
