Meat Balls

Just something I threw together. Haven't decided on a sauce yet.

Ingredients

  1. Mix herbs in a zip lock bag and shake to blend.
  2. Chop onion and bell pepper into small bits.
  3. Stir egg in bowl with a fork.
  4. Spread meat out in a large bowl or pan.
  5. Sprinkle spices evenly on meat.
  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs over meat.
  7. Pour egg over meat.
  8. Mix everything together with your hands.
  9. Make appetizer size meat balls and place in two 9½ x 11 pans.
  10. Cook in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
  11. Makes about 48 appetizer-size meatballs.
