King Crab Leg Appetizer
I got this off the web and modified it slightly. It would probably work with any crabmeat.
Ingredients
- Large package refrigerated biscuit dough (12 biscuits)
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz crab meat
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 pinches paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Rub butter in each section of a 12 section muffin/cupcake pan
- Tear 6 of the biscuits in half.
- Flatten and spread out each piece and place in the bottom of each section of the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
- Spoon mixture onto the biscuit in each section.
- Tear remaining 6 biscuits in half, flatten, spread out and place on top of crab mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until biscuits are light brown.
