Glady's Spinach Cheddar Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

• Single 9 inch pie crust, uncooked
• 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed of moisture
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tablespoons onion, minced, or dried onion flakes
• 1 tsp dried mustard powder
• 1 tsp dill weed

Instructions

1. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour.
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Pour into pie shell.
4. Bake at 350 degrees.
5. Check at 50 minutes for doneness.
6. Cool slightly before cutting.
7. Serves 8.
