Glady's Spinach Cheddar Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- Single 9 inch pie crust, uncooked
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed of moisture
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced, or dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp dried mustard powder
- 1 tsp dill weed
Instructions
- In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Check at 50 minutes for doneness.
- Cool slightly before cutting.
- Serves 8.
