Smoked Salmon Spread

Instructions

  1. Place nuts in the Cuisinart or other food processor and pulse to chop. Reserve ½ cup to garnish the spread when complete.
  2. Drop the ¼ onion into the food processor bowl when running to mince.
  3. Put in all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Taste to adjust seasonings.
  5. Can be shaped into a ball in plastic wrap, or put in a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with chopped dill and/or chopped nuts.
  7. Freezes well.
