Pralines, Microwave

Glady tried numerous recipes. This seemed to work the best. Maybe it has something to do with our altitude - 2620 feet. - Larry

  1. Mix brown sugar and cream in the glass bowl.
  2. Microwave on high 13 minutes.
  3. Add butter and pecans to microwaved mixture in bowl.
  4. Beat hard with a wooden spoon for a minute or so.
  5. Drop by the spoonsful onto the foil.
  6. Let cool and harden.
  7.  
  8. Yields about 20 large pralines.
  9. Store in airtight container.
  10. These disappeared before our Mardi Gras barely began.
