Glady's Award Winning Pecan Pie

A neighbor was after Glady for years to enter her pies in the Nevada County Faire. For the first time ever, she entered a pecan pie in August 2007. She won second place her first time out! - Larry

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup dark corn syrup
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 cup broken pecans
