Glady's Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can good quality garbanzo beans: Progresso is one.
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
- Juice of one lemon (3 tablespoons or more)
- 1/2 can garlic tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt; pepper to taste
- I tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil & more to pour over when complete.
Instructions
- Rinse beans in colander and drain.
- Mince garlic.
- (I mince it by dropping into a running food processor through the pour hole--- then I add all other ingredients and mix in food processor.)
- Mix all ingredients with the beans until it is a paste.
- Put completed hummus into the serving dish. Make a well (indentation) in the top and pour in a tablespoon or more of olive oil.
- Best served with baked pita chips or pita bread cut into triangles.
