Granola

I buy the oats at Costco and dried fruit from the bins at the store to save $$. I eat this with fresh fruit, unsweetened plain yogurt and milk and sweeten with Splenda. Sticks to your ribs! Good to grab a handful when you have munchies, too.

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Combine oats, olive oil, vanilla and honey/maple syrup in your largest baking pan 13 x 15 or so, or two smaller pans.
  3. Bake 10 minutes.
  4. Stir and add nuts.
  5. Bake another 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Cool and add fruits.
  7. Store in airtight container.
