  1. Toast all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat, shaking pan often, until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  2. Cool.
  3. Grind in small grinder or with mortar and pestle.
  4. Fills a spice jar.
  5. Keeps 3-4 months.
  6. I store mine in the freezer.
  7. This is quite mild. Add more red pepper to your dish to make it hotter.
