This site started around 1996 and I set it up for learning the basics of building a web page. It ran on various hosting services over the years. I think I've been with bluehost.com since about 2007.

I am not using any kind of web development tool. It is just PHP, CSS and HTML written in BBEdit on a Macintosh. I use Transmit to keep the pages synchronized between my desktop and the server.
