These may not be exactly right, but should be close. I often use a kitchen scale to weigh things instead of teaspoons, cups, etc. It is better to measure spices in grams instead of ounces, since they are so light. When converting my recipes to ounces I use 30 grams to the ounce. It is slightly higher than the actual number but close enough for cooking.
